100% Dolcetto
From a vineyard facing south, in the municipality of Rodello, with 60-year-old vines. Fermentation lasts approximately 10 days at a constant temperature of 28°C. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in 30 hl Slavonian wooden barrels, where the wine rests for about 2 months, then the passage in stainless steel to maintain the freshness and fruity notes. Aged for 12 months in the bottle.
Ruby red colour; on the nose ripe red fruit and delicate flowers, a touch of spices. Fresh and fragrant in the mouth, nice acidity and structure.
A wine for the whole meal, it is particularly suitable for traditional Piedmontese starters and first courses and semi-mature cheeses.
