Description

Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard at the end of September. Fermentation with maceration in steel for 15 days at controlled temperature. Maturation for 6 months in steel, 18 months in second passage barriques, and refinement in bottle for 6 months.

Tasting

Deep ruby red color with garnet reflections; intense and rich nose, with hints of red fruits and spices; full and full-bodied, harmonious and elegant sip, with hints of fruit and spices.

Grilled red meats, stews, roasts, cured meats and mature cheeses.
