Description

Late harvest, between the first ten days and mid-November; vinification in steel of the destemmed and pressed grapes; matures for approximately 20 months in 25hl oak barrels, refined in bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red color with intense garnet reflections; rich and elegant nose, with hints of morello cherry, berries and dog rose; dry and dry sip, fruity, harmonious and extremely inviting.
