BottlesManual harvesting in boxes with careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard, direct pressing of the grapes in a pneumatic press, fermentation of the various grapes already assembled conducted at a controlled temperature of maximum 15°C. After the malolactic fermentation, the refinement in steel continues for approximately 8 months.
It has a pale straw yellow color, a strong acidity and a complex bouquet of white peach, gooseberry and lime. It inebriates the nose with its many aromas which, however, surprise in the mouth with an unexpected dry, non-fruity taste and with a savory finish with mineral notes.
Aperitif, fish dishes, oriental cuisine.
