The grapes are pressed whole and the base wine is fermented and aged for 6 months in steel tanks. The refermentation takes place in the bottle with the addition of a part of the same must as the base wine kept at a low temperature. No addition of sugars, yeasts and sulphites at the time of bottling.
Characterized by aromas of fresh fruit and citrus fruits, such as green apple, oranges and grapefruit, floral notes of white flowers and aromatic herbs, accompanied by pleasant saline scents. In the mouth it is clean, slim and thirst-quenching, characterized by an enveloping foam and a satisfying, salty and citrusy finish.
