Description

Manual harvesting, destemming, short maceration and soft pressing; one third of the grapes is fermented in 500-litre oak barrels with subsequent malolactic fermentation, and the remainder ferments at a controlled temperature in steel tanks where it remains for six months on the fine lees.

Tasting

Golden yellow in colour, aromatic nose of lychee and exotic fruits, rose and cloves; tapering, full-bodied palate with apple background and aromatic returns.

Crustaceans, smoked fish, spicy vegetarian dishes, oriental cuisine, mature cheeses.
