Description

Grapes harvested manually at full ripeness; red vinification with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C, and subsequent malolactic fermentation; maturation in 500l oak barrels for a variable period depending on the vintage; bottle refinement.

Ruby red colour; nose of ripe fruit and spices, with floral notes; structured, clean and dynamic sip.
