Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the beginning of October; white vinification with soft pressing and controlled fermentation, all in stainless steel; the wine matures 7 months in stainless steel barrels on the fine lees regularly in suspension; refining 2 months in the bottle.
Straw yellow in colour; delicate nose with floral and fruity notes, dry and mineral on the palate.
Aperitifs, seafood starters, first courses with fish sauces, vegetarian dishes, fresh cheeses.
