BottlesThe grapes, selected on the vine, are destemmed and softly pressed; the free-run must is cold decanted in steel tanks and then fermented in steel at a controlled temperature between 16°C and 18°C. Malolactic fermentation not carried out. The wine is aged in steel tanks on the fine lees until bottling.
Bright cherry pink color with onion shades; fruity nose with hints of raspberry and wild strawberry, melon and fruit salad, white flowers and aromatic herbs. Fresh and enveloping sip, with citrus and spicy returns.
Baked or grilled fish, white meats, cheeses.
