Description

Made with Erbaluce grapes produced in a small plot around 400m above sea level. Following pressing and fermentation for approximately 15 days, the wine ages for 12 months in exhausted tonneaux (over the fifteenth passage).

Tasting

Straw yellow colour. Fresh citrus notes and mineral hints stand out on the nose, with spicy notes on the finish. On the sip it is fresh, savory, harmonious and persistent.

Aperitif and starters, fish dishes, delicate cheeses.
