Description

Manual harvesting of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days; the wine matures in second passage oak barrels, and refines in the bottle for 9 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour; enveloping nose, of berries and spices, with notes of tobacco and liquorice; soft and dry sip, with round tannins and good flavor.
