Description

Manual harvest in mid-October, vinification in steel with spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 10 days; the wine matures in Etna chestnut barrels for 9 months and refines in the bottle for another 9 months.

Tasting

Nose of dark flowers and red fruits, with mineral and spicy notes, hints of tobacco and liquorice; enveloping and elegant sip, structured, soft and persistent.
