Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard. Spontaneous fermentation 50% in large oak wood 50% in steel; maturation in oak and steel on fine lees for 10 months.

Tasting

Pale yellow color with golden reflections; complex nose of melon and quince, with notes of dried banana and raisins, fresh hay and coffee bean; mineral and soft sip, with good flavor and persistence.
