Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; soft pressing from whole grapes after further selection of the bunches; vinification in steel and maturation on the fine lees for 8 months; blending with previous vintages according to the Solera method; second fermentation according to the Classic Method with 40 months on the yeasts, 6 months refinement in the bottle after disgorgement.
