Description

The grapes are vinified in steel with the skins for about fifteen days; the wine matures in steel for about a year and a half with continuous batonnage carried out according to the lunar phases.

Tasting

Fresh, herbaceous and floral wine, which expresses the typical aromas and flavours of this area of south-eastern Sicily, rather than the typical varietal notes of Chardonnay.
