36 months on the yeasts. Vineyard of origin: Roccolo vineyard, southern exposure, altitude 210 m/a.s.l., surface area 2,400 m2, 5,000 vines/ha, sixth plant 80×230. Sugars: 4 g/l.

Tasting

It presents a brilliant straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory sensation is dominated by toasted hints of bread crust accompanied by floral and mineral hints. In the mouth it has good acidity, it is fresh, tasty, with a long and persistent finish.
