Extra Brut Riserva Millesimato Franciacorta DOCG 2016

This reserve comes to life only in the best and most inspired vintages; the selection of the best grapes from the best plots; each batch is vinified separately in small steel tanks, without filtration or clarification. At the end the blending of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in equal parts, and the refinement in bottle for at least 40 months; no dosage at disgorgement. Very good straight away, very high aging potential.

Intense yellow color tending towards gold, very fine and persistent perlage. Intense nose, fruity and floral, rich and elegant; structured, creamy and mineral sip, of great finesse and freshness, and very long persistence.

Shellfish, land and sea crudités, important cured meats and cheeses.
