Description

From grapes from Benevento at 400 meters above sea level on a calcareous clay soil. Pure Falanghina from plants at least twenty years old. Controlled fermentation for 60 days and maturation in steel with frequent batonnage.

Tasting

Straw yellow color, persistent and intense nose, with hints of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and citrus; fresh sip, with lively acidity.

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, fresh cheeses.
