Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of September/beginning of October; white vinification with soft pressing and fermentation in steel; bottle aging from 6 to 24 months depending on the vintage.

Straw yellow colour. Fruity and floral nose with hints of tropical fruit and yellow peach. Fresh and balanced sip, with a typical almond note.
Seafood appetizers, grilled and fried fish, soft cheeses.
