Description

La Cruna deLago is one hectare of vineyard, among the oldest cultivated by the family, with Falanghina vines over 60 years old; it is rooted on sandy soil of volcanic origin, with the presence of ash and lapilli. This Cru expresses the potential of the vine and the territory to the maximum, together with the longevity of a Falanghina produced according to tradition.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow colour; nose of lemon and cedar, with hints of yellow pulp fruit, thyme and rosemary, and smoky and hydrocarbon notes. In the mouth it is full and enveloping but very fresh, with a marked flavor and a long iodine finish.

Pairings

Perfect for fish dishes, but also seafood and white meats. Suitable for a more complex and refined cuisine.
