The grapes selected before harvesting directly on the vine are used without the aid of biotechnology. Racking and bottling are carried out naturally. The wine matures in 500 liter oak barrels for 8 to 12 months; refines in bottle for at least 12 months.
Medium intense ruby red colour, tending to brick red with ageing; delicate, ethereal, persistent scent; dry, harmonious, medium-bodied flavour.
Perfect with important land dishes and red meats and tasty second courses.
