Description

From pure Nero d’Avola grapes harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously in concrete tanks; following the Ancestral Method, the fermentation is completed in the bottle, where the secondary fermentation takes place. At the end of fermentation, the bottles rest on the yeasts for 6 months before being put on the market.

Tasting

Opaque, intense and deep rosé colour, with fine and lively bubbles. Rose and strawberry nose, fresh and fruity sip.

Vegetable and fish dishes, grilled shellfish, English roast beef.
