Description

The grapes harvested at dawn are immediately vinified in the small winery. white vinification with soft pressing of the grapes, cold decantation of the must, vinification in steel; “sur lie” maturation in steel for approximately 6 months.

Tasting

Clean, fresh, linear with a decidedly salty timbre. The taste profile has delicate features, with a citrus background and hints of marine shrubs and aromatic herbs, supported by a refreshing acidity that enhances the citrus notes.
