Description

The grapes are harvested by hand and after a light pressing the must obtained is decanted into barriques for subsequent fermentation by indigenous yeasts; continues its maturation in barriques for 14 months.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow colour, nose of white flowers and light spiciness; elegant, fresh, savory and mineral sip, very persistent.

Seafood first courses, baked or grilled fish, medium-aged cheeses.
