Description

Manual harvest and delicate destemming; spontaneous fermentation in truncated cone vats without temperature control; the wine matures for 14/16 months in new and second and third passage barriques, and refines in the bottle for 12 months.

Tasting

Brilliant ruby red colour; nose of red berries and morello cherries in alcohol, well blended with spicy notes; elegant sip, with good structure, long and persistent.
