BottlesCrushing, destemming and cold maceration (5/10°C) for 3 days. Maceration continues at 24/26°C for 6/7 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. 15% of the wine comes from the previous vintage and matures for 1 year in Austrian oak barrels. Bottle refinement for at least 3 months.
Ruby red color. Very intense nose, with hints of blackberry, currant and raspberry; fruity and inviting sip, with perfect correspondence to the taste of the olfactory sensations.
First courses with red meat or game seasoning, grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
