Description

Obtained exclusively from 100% Grillo grapes from a single plot grown as a sapling at 476 meters above sea level. Skin maceration, soft pressing, fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting

Yellow color, full and bright. Nose with pleasant sensations of wild flowers and white pulp fruit on a mineral background. Fresh and savory on the palate, with a good and pleasant persistence.
