Description

From the Giorgio vineyard (with 20-year-old vines), the grapes are harvested in mid-September, destemmed and lightly pressed with the feet to then separate the marc and let the alcoholic fermentation begin spontaneously in a cement tank. Malolactic fermentation carried out, subsequent refinement in cement, wine not filtered or clarified.

Tasting

Pink color with purple reflections; fine nose of red fruits and flowers, with spicy notes of pepper; fresh and savoury sip, immediate and long.
