Description

Manual harvest between late September and early October, with selection in the vineyard; spontaneous fermentation in steel and maturation in stainless steel barrels.

Tasting

Garnet red colour with violet hues; intense floral nose of violets and geranium; dry, full-bodied, good persistence on the palate.

Pairings

First courses with meat sauce, roast meats, medium-aged cheeses.
