Description

Green harvest to concentrate quality on the best bunches, soft pressing using only the free-run must, vinification in individual parcels, some in large oak barrels; slow maturation on the lees for 5 years.

Tasting

Deep yellow color with golden highlights, fine and persistent perlage; intense and fruity nose, of peach and apricot jam, with notes of vanilla and brioche; rich, ample and smooth on the palate, with fruity aftertaste of yellow peach and a long, elegant finish.

Seafood second courses, roast white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
