Description

The ripe grapes are vinified in steel with the skins for 15 days and then matured in barriques and half barriques of mulberry trees – a typical fruit tree of the Val di Noto – for at least 24 months.

Tasting

Aromatic and mineral nose, of yellow and white flowers, with notes of ripe fruit and dried fruit, menthol and balsamic hints; full, savoury and elegant sip, with a long persistence.

Land appetizers, first courses with vegetarian sauces, mature cheeses.
