BottlesManual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation and rest of the skins for 10 days in exhausted tonneaux, malolactic fermentation carried out naturally, maturation 20% in tonneaux and 80% in steel for 10 months and refinement for 9 months in the bottle.
Deep ruby red colour; citrus and spicy nose, with notes of black cherry and blackberry, and mineral and floral hints; enveloping and full-bodied sip, with well-integrated tannins, elegant and persistent.
Ground first courses, stewed red meats, roasts, grilled meats, mature cheeses.
