Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank, maturation in steel for 8 months; secondary fermentation according to the Classic Method, with 20-30 months of maturation on the lees.

Straw yellow in color, it presents floral notes of citrus, acacia honey, apricot, and dried fruit. It has a fine creaminess and a savory finish.
