Franciacorta Gran Cuvée Alma Brut

In the vineyards, a careful selection of the parcels is made, which are each harvested and vinified separately. There are 120 harvest variables available to Bellavista every year and to these are added at least 20 selections obtained from historical harvests: in total 140 variables from which to draw for the development of a cuvée. Within this wide expressive range, the “reserve wines” represent a true treasure from which to draw to define and perpetuate the Bellavista style. Furthermore, at least 35% of the wines that make up the Gran Cuvée ferment and are aged in small white oak barrels of over 35 years of age. The refinement of Alma Gran Cuvée lasts at least 40 months starting from the harvest.
