Description

The base wine matures partly in oak barrels and partly in steel; after blending, the secondary fermentation takes place according to the Classic Method, with 24 months of aging on the lees in the bottle; no dosage is added at disgorgement.

Tasting

Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights; a nose of flowers and citrus, with notes of pastry and vanilla; a balanced and elegant palate, with citrus aftertaste.
