Franciacorta Pas Dosè

The vineyard is located in Monticelli Brusati with South/Southeast exposure and is placed on deep soil rich in clay and skeleton, with excellent drainage. The vines, with an average age of 20 years, are trained using the Guyot system and the yield per hectare is around 80 quintals. The hand-harvested grapes are subjected to soft whole-bunch pressing and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The draft takes place the following spring with aging on the yeasts for over 30 months. Not dosed at disgorgement.

Brilliant straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose hints of bread crust, white flowers and vanilla pods, with notes of dried fruit and yellow fruits. Elegant and structured sip, harmonious and persistent finish.

Paired with any meal, particularly suitable for important appetizers, fried dishes and fish-based main courses.
