Description

Vinification with brief maceration on the skins, maturation in stainless steel. Aged in bottle on the lees for at least 24 months; must is added at a dosage of 3.5 g/l at disgorgement.

Red fruits on the nose and a broad, structured profile on the palate where the ripe fruit of the Pinot Noir emerges strongly.
