Franciacorta Saten 2019

Grapes harvested by hand at full phenolic ripeness, destemming and soft pressing, fermentation and maturation in steel; wine bottled with the Solo Uva method (addition of must for refermentation, rather than exogenous sugars) rests on the yeasts for 30 months; during the disgorgement phase, 3 g/l of must sugar is added (according to the Only Grape method) and the wine ages for another 6 months in the bottle.

Bright straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage; nose of fresh fruit, citrus fruits and wild flowers, with mineral notes; soft and juicy sip, with great balance and good minerality.

Seafood appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs, vegetarian dishes.
