Frappato IGT 2023

From the Frappato vineyard trained with the traditional local Alberello Ibleo system; manual harvesting and vinification in stainless steel tanks; maturation in 25hl oak barrels for a few weeks, refinement in steel tanks and bottle.

Bright ruby ​​red colour; intense and fine nose, fruity and floral. Medium-bodied sip, fresh and juicy, with fruity hints and a nice savory streak.

Roasts, white meats, fish soups, medium-aged cheeses.
