Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, vinification in contact with the skins in steel at a controlled temperature; the wine matures for at least 36 months in barriques and is subsequently refined in the bottle for another 36 months.

Tasting

Intense and deep purple red color; enveloping, herbaceous nose, with nuances of spices and mountain cedar; full and powerful sip, with well-blended, soft tannins and a pleasant, inviting acidity that enhances its structure.
