Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard after October 1st. Traditional red fermentation for 5 days with pumping over and daily punching down. Stopped in steel for 8 months.

Tasting

Purple-red color; nose of fresh red fruit with prevalent notes of cherry; slightly tannic sip typical of the grape variety.
