Description

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, unfiltered, unclarified, without sulphites added during vinification; Melon de Bourgogne (Muscadet), Chardonnay and Savagnin are vinified together, with maceration on the skins for a few days; The wine matures on its fine lees in steel for about 6 months and refines in the bottle.

Tasting

Fresh and delicate nose, of white flowers and wild herbs, with fruity and citrus notes; agile and slender sip, with balanced acidity and good persistence.
