Friulano Colli Orientali DOC 2021

The destemmed grapes are left to macerate for a few hours at low temperatures in steel tanks and then pressed. The must obtained is cold decanted to then move on to fermentation which occurs spontaneously with Native yeasts. Matured in steel for 6 months in contact with the fine lees, refined in bottle for 3 months.

Intense, almost golden yellow colour, with a floral scent with a light note of elderberry, mint and liquorice. The intense and balanced taste, excellent structure with a fresh and long finish.

Cured meats and mature cheeses, shellfish.
