Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; crushing-destemming, maceration at room temperature for 5 hours and subsequent soft pressing; after 24 hours, separation of the coarser lees and then fermentation at a controlled temperature at 18 °C; maturation for approximately 6 months on the fermentation lees, without decanting.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; personal, intense, marked scent of fruit and aromatic herbs. Soft taste, but with a strong character.
Aperitif, cured meats, fish dishes, fresh cheeses.
