The grapes are harvested and selected manually to then be destemmed and delicately pressed, cooled to 8/10°C and placed in maceration in contact with the skins for 24 hours. After soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation begins in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16/18°C. Maturation for approximately 7 months in contact with the fine lees in steel barrels always at a controlled temperature. The wine is filtered and bottled.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Floral and fruity nose with hints of white flowers, green apple, bitter almond, exotic fruits. The sip is intense but fine, fresh, delicate and harmonious.
Starters, fish first courses, delicate land and sea second courses, lightly matured cheeses.
