BottlesThe grapes are destemmed and then softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified through decantation. Induced and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel containers. At the end of fermentation the wine is kept on the fine lees in stainless steel containers until February. Bottled in March, it is released on the market in early May.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections; fine and intense nose, of almond, apple, graphite, hay and wild flowers; dry and soft sip, supported by a nice acidity and flavor.
Raw ham, fresh or medium-aged cheeses, meat starters, white meats.
