Tasting

Straw yellow color, aromatic nose of grapefruit and gooseberry, with notes of wild fennel; pulpy sip with almond finish and a very mineral and savoury stamp.

Fish soups, shellfish and molluscs, legume soup, slightly matured cheeses.
