G.D. Vajra, Albe Barolo DOCG

Harvested in October with a triple selection process: in the vineyard, on a sorting table, for individual berries after destemming; vinification in truncated cone-shaped oak vats, with punching down and pumping over, for approximately 30-60 days, then in stainless steel where malolactic fermentation takes place; the wine ages for 24 months in large 40-, 50-, and 75-hectoliter Slavonian barrels; it is then refined in the bottle before being released for sale.

Pale ruby ​​red color; intense nose of plum and red fruits, with balsamic and floral notes; elegant, fresh on the palate, with smooth, well-integrated tannins.
