Description

Manual harvest in boxes; white vinification in steel at a controlled temperature; the fermentation is triggered with controlled inoculation of its own Native yeasts previously isolated from the grapes; maturation in steel for 6/8 months, refinement in bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with light greenish nuances; floral and fruity nose, with notes of nettle, green pepper and jasmine; fresh, savory sip, with good acidity and balanced softness.
