“Gabàn” Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2001

Cabernet and Merlot from the Gabàn vineyard, a winery Cru located on the hill in Trento Nord. The bunches are selected, harvested by hand and vinified separately for each of the two varieties. For both masses, a twelve-day maceration on the skins is carried out. It is aged in small wood for about a year, then the selection is assembled in steel, where it remains for a few months until bottling. This is followed by another two/three years of bottle refinement. Of excellent shelf life, time increases its importance.

Intense ruby ​​red colour, dark fruit aroma. In the mouth, dense, complex, with well-integrated notes of undergrowth; the ripe tannins give great harmony and finesse; long and persistent finish.
